Liability

360BOOTHMKE is not liable for any injuries that may occur while stepping on or off our platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Equipment

We strive to provide a seamless experience and come prepared to handle any mechanical issues that may arise during your event. If problems occur, we will make every effort to fix or adjust the booth as needed. However, if the booth is damaged due to negligence by you or your guests and we are unable to continue service, we will not reimburse you for any time lost.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. However, we offer the flexibility to transfer your booking to another event within 90 days of the original date.

Safety and Operator Discretion

Our booth operators prioritize the safety of all guests. They have the discretion to refuse a spin on the booth if they determine that a guest will not be safe, is unwilling to follow instructions or safety rules, or is too incapacitated to participate. This decision is final and is made in the best interest of all attendees.

Services Provided

360BOOTHMKE is contracted to serve as a photo/video booth vendor for your event. We will provide services to shoot, attend, and produce photo booth videos as agreed upon. The work produced may be used by the client, event guests, on social networks, and other web communications.

Fees

The total fee for our services is specified in your contract. For events located more than 41 miles from downtown Milwaukee, a minimum of three hours of service is required.

Payment Schedule

To reserve your event date, a deposit of $150 is required. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event at the time of 360BOOTHMKE’s arrival. All payments must be made via online invoice unless otherwise arranged with our team. Payments must be completed prior to or at the time of our arrival to ensure we can share videos with guests immediately.

Final Videos

Guests will be able to download their individual videos immediately after their booth experience. A link with all event videos will be sent to the client via email within 24-36 hours after the event concludes.

Rejection and Cancellation

Clients are expected to accept and pay for completed work under this agreement. If there are any concerns or nonconformance with the agreed-upon services, 360BOOTHMKE must be notified promptly to allow for necessary corrections. Cancellation of the contract or rejection of work will result in forfeiture of any deposits and billing for all labor and expenses incurred up to that point. Clients will also bear any costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney's fees for any action brought to recover payment under this agreement.

Where do you service?

We service all of Wisconsin. We also service the Milwaukee and surrounding areas including Wauwatosa, Germantown, West Allis, Whitefish Bay, Glendale, Greenfield, and Cudahy, Franklin, Mequon, Oak Creek, Green Bay, and Madison.

Is there a travel fee?

We don't have travel fees. Just hourly minimums.
2 Hour Minimum - If your event address is within 40 miles from 2018 s. 1st St.
3 Hour Minimum - 41-80 miles from our headquarters.
4 Hour Minimum - 81- 130 Miles from our headquarters

Are you insured? 

Yes, we are fully insured. We are able to provide you with a certificate of insurance upon request.

Do you service outdoor events?

Absolutely, we request that we're positioned on level and even ground, we would also need an outlet nearby. We have a 30 ft extension cord if needed.

We also request that we have an alternate place to relocate to or a tent provided for us if there is any inclement weather.

When does set up start?

We will arrive and start setting up about 30 minutes before our booking reservation start time. It takes us < 15 minutes to set up.

We set up and break down outside of your reservation to ensure that you and your guest are able to utilize the booth in it's entirety.

What is a custom overlay?

A custom overlay is a decal or text that goes over the booth videos. We can add your logo, event theme or colors. Overlays come with every booking.

How much space do you need?

We need about 8ft x 8ft to fit comfortably. More space is needed for full body videos upon your event's request.

How do guests get booth videos?

After going for a spin. We will instantly be able to AirDrop booth video to iPhone users. We provide QR codes to android users.  Each guest will get their videos right away.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment invoice will be sent out to you after the agreement is signed. The final payment is due before or on 360BOOTHMKE's arrival to the venue. This is because we begin to give your guests their booth videos right away.

Can we extend or reduce our time?

I you would like to extend or reduce your time please let us know as soon as possible to confirm if we can accommodate. Our minimum booking is two hours in the Milwaukee Area and three hours for locations 41 miles away from 2018 S. 1st St. Milwaukee, WI.

All of our distance minimums still apply.
