Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule photo booth bookings and communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
Manage the invoicing process, including creating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances
Prepare and send out contracts to customers, ensuring that all necessary information is included and accurate
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and bookings
Work closely with the photo booth team to ensure that all bookings are properly staffed and equipped
Monitor and maintain the online booking system
Act as a liaison between the customer and our team, ensuring that all customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience with invoicing and contract management software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with the events industry is a plus
