We're seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator and Event Setup Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for transporting our photo booth equipment and team members to and from event sites, as well as helping to set up and tear down the booth at each event.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and transport photo booth equipment and team members to event sites
Help team members set up and tear down the photo booth at events
Ensure all equipment is properly secured during transport
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with team members and event coordinators to ensure timely arrivals and departures
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while driving and handling equipment
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate team member
Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Experience driving a commercial van or truck preferred
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Ability to work well in a team environment
